Yes, finally, I cooked something non-sugar-based worth mentioning! Last week I made two salads: Curried Chicken Salad with Grapes, and Chicken Salad with Avocado Chipotle dressing. Mayonnaise always grosses me out just a little so I reduce the amount in the recipe and it works out.

The curried salad was good but not mind-blowing. Kind of basic. The avocado chipotle was more interesting, usually I dislike any hint of smoke flavor in food but chipotles seem to be the exception.
